SRC International derives from several security and organization consulting bureaus and builds on this many years of experience and expertise.

We work closely together with the best international experienced advisors and experts in the field of Security, Risk Management, Organization issues and Leaderships challenges.

Our advisors have, or had, a top position at large public or private organizations, national as well as international, i.e. Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, USA, UK and The Middle East.

SRC International supports the UN Global Compact on human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption.

Nico van Dam

Director

Nico started his career as officer with the Royal Dutch Navy, specialized in logistics and international security issues. Later he established and developed the Dutch Center for Industrial Relations to become the first Public Shared Service Center.

In 2006 he became partner at several consulting bureaus advising public and private companies in designing and managing transformations, cultural and organizational change issues and leadership issues.

His specialization is within Dutch and other national Security and Defense organizations. Among others he designed and managed transformations within the Dutch Ministry of Defense, the Navy and Coastguard of Indonesia and Malaysia, and a large shipping organization in Oman.

Ronald Augustin

Ronald began his career with the Royal Marechaussee where he had different leading positions in police, immigration and intelligence, including at international missions like during the war in Bosnia.

In 1996 he made a switch in his career and moved to the private sector. First to KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, where he was Deputy Vice President Security Services and member of the Air France-KLM Security Management Team and later to Qatar Airways, where he was Vice President Corporate Security.

He fulfilled a wide range of executive and leadership roles in a.o. Skyteam (one of the world’s largest airline alliance), Platform Unruly Passengers, Judicial Security Platform-Crime in Aviation Caribbean, Steering group Intelligence Sharing for Civil Aviation, USA Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC).

Jan van der Burg

In 1980 Jan van der Burg completed his seaman officer education. Following operational commands at sea and various appointments ashore, he finished his lifetime employment in the Royal Netherlands Navy holding the rank of vice-admiral.

Following his retirement in 2014, he became director of a small private company which offers his knowledge and experience to both the public and private sector. His expertise is broadly scoped, it includes program-, and project- management, policy development, information and change management, as well as governance coaching.

He remains current through recent activities such as development of naval capabilities and related logistics. Also, several foreign maritime security organizations have appreciated his assistance in their organizational and business process improvements.

Gilles Leclair

During his impressive career, Gilles fulfilled multiple senior management positions in government services and in the private corporate sector.

He started his career in the French police in 1978 and was préfet de police in Corsica and of southern France, incl. Marseilles, préfet at the Ministery of Interior, préfet of the overarching security services for Guadeloupe and the Deputy Director of Europol.

From 2014 until his retirement in July 2020 he was Vice President Security for Air France.

Furthermore, Gilles held several executive and leadership positions such as deputy Director of the French National judicial department, Head of the National Organized Crime unit, Head of the French Drugs Enforcement Agency (OCRTIS) and Head of the French national anti- Terrorism Coordination department. Also he is member of the FFF and UEFA anti-doping commission.

Gilles holds a Post Graduate degree in law and is honored with several decorations such as Officer of the Legion of Honor, Officer of the order of Merit.
